检察制度定位问题,是一个对检察改革方向有决定性影响的重大课题,它对检察机关在国家权力体系中的定位,检察权包括哪些职能,其权力的外延界域等都有着纲举目张的影响,近年来检察改革工作的不断深入使得这一问题的重要性日益凸显。实践以理论的成熟为先导,在目前司法改革的关键时期,深入开展检察制度研究,确立对检察机关宪法地位的正确认识,具有较强的理论和现实意义。
The procuratorial system positioning problem is a major issue that has a decisive influence on the procuratorial reform direction.
