现代模态分析技术是适应现代各种机械结构的发展而发展起来的,是研究机械结构动态性能,对各种机械结构进行动态特性设计的有效工具。而机械零部件模态参数的确定则是进行整机振动性能分析的基础。我们运用SAP—5程序的动力分析模块对变形阻力试验机用100吨轮幅式传感器进行了模态分析,得到最低的五阶特征值(固有频率)和相应的特征向量(振型),并用计算机绘出了五阶振型图。所得数据完全可以与从西德HBM公司进口的EPUS型传感器所提供的动态参数相比较。计算为使用和设计这类传感器提供了理论依据。
Modern modal analysis technology is developed to adapt to the development of modern mechanical structures, and is an effective tool to study the dynamic performance of mechanical structures and to design the dynamic characteristics of various mechanical structures. The determination of modal parameters of mechanical components is the basis for the vibration performance analysis of the whole machine. We use the dynamic analysis module of SAP-5 program to carry out the modal analysis of the deformation resistance testing machine with a 100-ton spoke sensor, and obtain the lowest fifth-order eigenvalue (natural frequency) and corresponding eigenvectors (mode shapes) The computer plots the fifth-order modes. The data obtained can be compared with the dynamic parameters provided by EPUS sensors imported from HBM Germany. Calculations provide a theoretical basis for the use and design of such sensors.
