西单大悦城工程为一大型公建项目,结构体系为混凝土框架-剪力墙结构。在主体结构施工完成后项目竣工前,由于业主方对项目的市场定位及使用功能改变,相应外立面、建筑功能以及使用荷载均发生非常大的变化,相应带来结构主体、局部的多处加固改造。本文对该项目有关加固改造部位的实际情况、要求以及采取的相应加固改造手段等做简要阐述,以供同类设计参考。 Xidan Joy City project is a large-scale public construction project, and its structural system is concrete frame-shear wall structure.
