1985年6月美国Orbis眼科飞机医院来沪进行了为期3周的访问。专家们在飞机上以及多次来我院进行现场手术表演。他们精湛的技艺,现代化的设备,精巧的手术器械都给我们留下了深刻的印象。但其中印象最深的却要算人工晶体植入的普及率。他们几乎对送去的每一例白内障,不管手术难度如何,都千方百计植入人工晶体,而且几乎全是白内障囊外摘出联合后房型人工晶体植入。仅由此可见,国外最近人工晶体植入发展之快,令人惊叹。
In 1985 June the United States Orbis Eye Aircraft Hospital in Shanghai for a three-week visit. The experts came to our hospital for on-site surgery on the plane and many times. We are impressed by their superb skills, modern equipment and sophisticated surgical instruments. But the most impressed one is the penetration of artificial lens implantation. Almost every cataract sent to them, irrespective of the surgical difficulty, is doing everything possible to implant the intraocular lens and is almost entirely extracapsular cataract extraction combined with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Only shows that the recent rapid development of intraocular lens implantation abroad, it is amazing.
