本文提出了一种精度高、操作简便、实用性强的快速测定型砂含水率的方法,并论述了测定方法的基本原理、测试装置的构成、测试数据的处理及数学模型的形成等.该方法以测定型砂导电性为基础,同时测定型砂紧密度和温度变化,并且考虑型砂配此等因素对型砂导电性的影响,即以多参数测定型砂含水率.试验结果表明,该方法可用于实际生产;若配以相应的电子检测电路,可以研制成一种高精度便携式型砂含水率快速测定仪.
In this paper, a method of rapid determination of water content in sand with high precision, simple operation and practicality is presented, and the basic principle of measurement method, the structure of test equipment, the processing of test data and the formation of mathematical model are discussed.
