研究了不同铁矿粉对水分的吸收性能,通过自制吸水装置测量了各种矿石的吸水速率曲线。定义矿粉亲水性H为:吸水速度k与最大吸水百分含量的乘积,以此表征铁矿粉的吸水能力,效果较理想。通过对几种矿粉的不同粒级进行吸水实验,结果得出:>1 mm粒级的亲水性较差,随着粒度减小,亲水性变好,粒度为0.25~0.5 mm时,亲水性最好,吸水指数H呈倒“V”型分布;粒度越小,吸水性能越接近。
The absorption of water by different iron ore powders was studied, and the water absorption rate curves of various ores were measured by self-made absorbent devices. The definition of mineral hydrophilic H is: the product of water absorption rate k and maximum water absorption percentage, so as to characterize the water absorption capacity of iron ore powder, the effect is better. The results of water absorption experiments showed that the hydrophilicity of> 1 mm grain size was poor, with the particle size decreased, the hydrophilicity became better. When the grain size was 0.25-0.5 mm, Hydrophilicity is the best, water absorption index H is inverted “V ” type distribution; the smaller the particle size, the closer the water absorption performance.
