深入推进军事训练转变,是适应中国特色军事变革和履行新世纪新阶段我军历史使命的必然要求。近年来,浙江省台州军分区深入研究和探索新形势下民兵军事训练的特点规律,按照“实兵、实装、实地、实案”要求,采取“现地整组点验、现地明确任务、现地组织演练”的“三个现地”方式,先后把100余支民兵专业分队,拉到各自任务区域熟悉组织、熟悉任务、熟悉方案、熟悉地形,组织开展联合演练,有效提升了遂行应急任务的能力。
