中国资本市场为实体经济的发展做出了重要贡献,是实现我国经济转型,推动创新型国家战略的重要支撑。但资本市场新兴市场的性质没有改变,结构性问题突出:“输血”能力减弱、从“解困市”到“融资市”的市场定位、过度投机、补贴盛行、监管不足等严重制约资本市场功能的发挥。要实现资本市场从新兴到成熟的转变,转型是必然选择。
China’s capital market has made important contributions to the development of the real economy and is an important support for realizing China’s economic restructuring and promoting an innovative national strategy. However, the nature of the emerging markets in the capital market has not changed. The structural problems are prominent: the ability of “blood transfusion” is weakened, the market orientation from “troubled cities” to “financing markets”, excessive speculation, prevailing subsidies, inadequate supervision and so on Seriously restricting the function of the capital market. To achieve the capital market from emerging to mature changes, the transformation is the inevitable choice.
