对AISI304奥氏体不锈钢进行了不同C2H2含量下的离子碳氮共渗,利用金相显微镜、辉光放电光谱仪、X射线衍射仪和显微硬度计测试了经碳氮共渗处理后试样改性层的截面形貌、渗层成分、相组成和力学性能。结果表明:低温下离子碳氮共渗可以同时获得性能好的Cγ相和γN相,且最大含量分别出现在不同深度;气氛中C2H2含量为3%时,渗层厚度最大,表面显微硬度最大。
The carbonitriding of AISI304 austenitic stainless steel under different C2H2 content was carried out. The microstructure of the AISI304 austenitic stainless steel after carbonitriding treatment was tested by metallographic microscope, glow discharge spectrometer, X-ray diffraction and microhardness tester The cross-sectional morphology of the layer, composition of the layer, phase composition and mechanical properties. The results show that the Cg phase and the γN phase with good performance can be obtained simultaneously at low temperature, and the maximum contents appear at different depths respectively. When the content of C2H2 in the atmosphere is 3%, the thickness of the diffusion layer is the largest and the surface microhardness is the largest .
