目的了解恋爱中大学生群体的情感倦怠水平及其影响因素,以增强大学生恋爱心理咨询及教育工作的针对性。方法采用情感倦怠量表、亲密关系经历量表、恋爱效能感量表对方便抽取的哈尔滨、沈阳、杭州等地8所高校的438名正在恋爱的大学生进行问卷调查。结果不同恋爱次数大学生的情感倦怠得分差异有统计学意义(F=2.65,P<0.05),恋爱次数在4次及以上的大学生低于恋爱次数1~3次的大学生;不同恋爱持续时间大学生的情感倦怠得分差异有统计学意义(F=2.75,P<0.05),恋爱2~3 a的大学生情感倦怠得分最高;安全型依恋大学生的情感倦怠水平低于其他3种依恋类型(F=15.94,P<0.01)。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,恋爱效能中的“乐观坚定”“自卑怀疑”“矛盾化解”维度,依恋的“焦虑”维度均能显著预测情感倦怠,共同解释39.1%的变异量。结论依恋类型、恋爱效能、恋爱次数、恋爱持续时间是影响大学生情感倦怠的重要因素;恋爱低自我评价是情感倦怠的核心评估维度。
Objective To understand the level of emotional burnout among college students in love and its influencing factors so as to enhance the pertinence of college students’ love counseling and education. Methods A total of 438 undergraduates in 8 colleges and universities in Harbin, Shenyang and Hangzhou were surveyed using the emotional burnout scale, intimacy experience scale and love efficacy scale. Results The scores of emotional burnout among college students with different love times were significantly different (F = 2.65, P <0.05), those with 4 times or more love affairs were lower than those with love times 1-3, and those with different love duration The score of emotional burnout was statistically significant (F = 2.75, P <0.05), the scores of emotional burnout among college students who were in love for 2 ~ 3 years were the highest, the level of emotional burnout was lower in safe attachment college students than those of the other three kinds of attachment (F = 15.94, P <0.01). The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the relationship between optimistic firmness, inferiority suspicion, contradictory resolution and attachment anxiety in love performance could significantly predict emotional burnout and explained 39.1% The amount of variation. Conclusion The types of attachment, the efficacy of love, the number of love, the duration of love are the important factors that affect college students’ emotional burnout. The low self-evaluation of love is the core assessment of emotional burnout.
