为了能够动态、定量地显示振动表面的三维图像,本文提出了一种利用激光器阵列反馈干涉法测量振动位移,并通过微机动态显示振型的方法。实验系统对悬臂梁进行了实测,结果表明,本文提出的方法是正确的、可行的。
In order to display the three-dimensional image of the vibration surface dynamically and quantitatively, this paper presents a method to measure the vibration displacement by using the laser array feedback interferometry and to dynamically display the vibration mode by a microcomputer. The experimental system of the cantilever was measured, the results show that the proposed method is correct and feasible.
