本文以库尔勒市主城区为例,构建2000年和2010年商业用地数字地价模型,以此分析库尔勒市中心城区商业用地价格在空间维和时间维的分布格局.结果表明:地价分布呈现以1个一级中心和2个次级中心并重的分布格局;2000年-2010年间,商业地价整体水平有了很大的提高,且地价梯度也相应增大;中心区域地价增长的幅度大于边缘地区.
