近年来我科采用维生素B_(12)穴位注射治疗神经官能性头痛,效果较好。1 一般资料本组132例中,病程最短15天,最长40年。疼痛部位:全头痛103例,前头部痛11例,后头部痛6例,左侧头痛6例,右侧头痛6例。2 治疗方法取穴:风池(双),太阳(双)。穴位常规消毒后,用5ml注射器及5.5号或6号针头,抽吸维生素B_(12)250～500μg,于风池穴(针尖斜向对侧眼的方向刺入1～1.5寸深)、太阳穴(直刺或稍向下斜刺0.5～1寸深)行
