本文针对国内常用的混流式水轮机转轮叶片的木模截面数据结构的描述方式,根据混流式转轮叶片的数控加工及其他工程需要,为了提高转轮叶片的制造质量,分析了如何提高叶片的三维实体造型精度,提出和实现了把混流式转轮叶片木模数据转换成适合于叶片数控加工造型及其他工程需要用的数据结构描述方式,并开发了相应的软件。现已经对多个混流式转轮叶片进行了计算,验证其算法是正确和稳定的,软件也是实用的。该软件也适用于其他涉及叶片反求工程需要的设计及计算。
In this paper, according to the description of the wood model cross-section data structure of the Francis turbine runner blade in common use in China, according to the NC machining of the Francis turbine runner and other engineering needs, in order to improve the manufacturing quality of the rotor blade, Dimensional solid modeling precision, the paper presents and realizes the data structure transformation mode of the mixed-mode rotor blade wood model data suitable for blade NC machining modeling and other engineering needs, and develops the corresponding software. Several Francis runner blades have now been calculated to verify that the algorithm is correct and stable and software is also practical. The software is also suitable for other designs and calculations involving the reverse engineering of blades.
