目的探究血液透析血管通路建立的方法及护理体会。方法对本院开展的146例血液透析患者建立血管通路时采取的方法进行回顾性分析,探讨多种血管通路的建立方法及护理体会。结果在建立血管通路时,可以建立短期血管通路和长期血管通路,为患者进行紧急透析和长期透析。结论每种方法都有优点及缺点,在为患者选取建立血管通路方法时,一定要充分考虑患者的实际情况。
Objective To explore the methods of establishing hemodialysis vascular access and nursing experience. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the methods used to establish the vascular access in 146 hemodialysis patients in our hospital to explore the methods and nursing experiences of various vascular access. Results In the establishment of vascular access, short-term vascular access and long-term vascular access can be established for emergency dialysis and long-term dialysis. Conclusion Each method has its advantages and disadvantages. When choosing the method of establishing the vascular access for the patients, we must give full consideration to the actual situation of the patients.
