<正>节日燃放烟花爆竹是我国人民的传统习俗,1993年广州市政府通过立法在市内禁止燃放烟花爆竹后,在市内杜绝广因燃放烟花爆竹所致的眼外伤,现就我院资料在立法禁放前后2年春节期间这方面眼外伤分析如下:临床资料:1993年立法禁放烟花爆竹前后2年春节期间我院共收住院的烟花伤22例,爆竹伤23例.其中立法前广州市及郊区3例,市外乡镇14例,门诊数56例;立法后广州市及郊区无1例伤者,但市外乡镇则有28例,门诊数37例,均为市外乡镇来诊者,因市外乡镇不受广州巾的立法约束,故伤者数明显增加.
