归零制和不归零制记录脉冲的特性已从理论上确定,并从实验上得到了证实。本文把脉冲位置、宽度、波形和幅度表示为输入电流、磁头-磁带距离和间隙宽度的函数并且对它们进行了定量分析。分析时,磁头纵座标磁埸分量近似于反正切分布,而磁带磁化强度曲线用一经验表示式表示(亦以反正切表示)。从这个分析中,不仅能得出磁场波形和磁化强度曲线对脉冲特性的效应,而且能得出它们各自单独的效应。
The characteristics of the zero-and zero-return recording pulses have been theoretically determined and experimentally confirmed. In this paper, the pulse position, width, waveform and amplitude are expressed as a function of input current, head-tape distance, and gap width, and they are quantitatively analyzed. In analysis, the magnetic pole component of the longitudinal coordinate of the head approximated the arctangent distribution, and the magnetization curve of the magnetic tape was represented by an empirical expression (also represented by the arc tangent). From this analysis, not only can the effects of the magnetic field waveforms and magnetization curves on the pulse characteristics be derived, but also their individual effects can be derived.
