重庆冶炼厂是我国最早生产电镍的厂家之一,经过20多年的生产实践和不断改进工艺流程,使电镍产量较六十年代初期提高了四倍。 当前,重庆冶炼厂以高冰镍为原料,采用火法制取硫化镍阳极,硫化镍阳极隔膜直接电解生产纯度达99.99％的电镍。电解液净化采用H_2S管道反应脱铜、氯气氧化除铁钴铅、树脂交换法脱除残余铅锌铜的工艺,可满足生产高质量电镍的要求。
Chongqing smelter is one of the earliest producers of nickel electroplating in our country. After more than 20 years of production practice and continual improvement of the technological process, the output of electroplated nickel has increased fourfold over that of the early 1960s. At present, Chongqing smelting plant takes high iced nickel as raw material, and adopts nickel sulfide as anode material by fire method to produce 99.99% pure nickel by direct electrolysis of nickel sulphate anode separator. Electrolyte decontamination using H_2S pipeline reaction decopper, chlorine oxidation of iron and cobalt lead, resin exchange method to remove the residual lead, zinc and copper process to meet the production of high quality nickel electroplating.
