大坝的施工技术对于整个水利施工来说是非常重要的,同时水库大坝的安全监测直接关系到整个水利工程能否顺利进行。大坝的安全监测是人们对大坝运行状态和安全状况了解的有效手段。大坝安全监测是通过仪器观测和巡视检查水利水电工程的地基基础、主体结构、两岸边坡、相关设施及周围环境进行测量和观察,通过合理的数据计算和资料分析,来对水库大坝工程的工作状态进行评估,对工程未来的状况进行合理的预测,从而确保工程施工以及交付运行的安全性。基于此,从影响水库大坝安全的主要因素出发,进而分析大坝施工的主要技术,并提出了水库大坝安全监测的措施,寄希望对我国水库大坝的长远发展有所裨益。
