基于Hashin失效准则,在ABAQUS/Explicit中建立碳纤维复合材料的二维正交切削模型。采用此模型研究切削条件对复合材料切削表面质量的影响。模拟得到了崩碎切屑的形成过程、切削力随刀具行程的变化曲线、应力在刀具及工件中的分布,并分析背吃刀量对切削过程中加工表面质量及切屑形貌的影响,从理论上提出改善复合材料切削表面质量的分析方法。
Based on the Hashin failure criterion, a two-dimensional orthogonal cutting model of carbon fiber composites was established in ABAQUS / Explicit. The effect of cutting conditions on the cutting surface quality of the composite was investigated using this model. The formation process of chip breakage, the change curve of cutting force with the tool stroke, the distribution of stress in the tool and the workpiece were simulated. The influence of the amount of knife back on the machined surface quality and the chip morphology during the cutting process was analyzed. Proposed to improve the quality of composite cutting surface analysis method.
