建设社会主义法治国家,离不开公民的广泛参与,特别是离不开广大青年的参与。当代青年人的法治参与受到了经济发展状况、教育程度、法治实践水平等因素的影响。青年人更关注那些与自身利益密切相关的法律内容,对与自己无关的法律知之甚少;更多关注热点法制事件中的道德评判,缺少法治观察的视角。这就需要结合时代特点和青年偏好,着力培育青年人的法治参与意识,把法治观念转化为青年的行动自觉。 Building a socialist country governed by the rule of law can not be achieved without the broad participation of citizens. The participation of the young people in the rule of law in modern times has been affected by such factors as the economic development, educational level and level of practice of the rule of law. Young people pay more attention to those laws that are closely related to their own interests, and have little understanding of laws that are not relevant to themselves. They pay more attention to the moral judgments in the hot legal events and lack the perspective of observing the rule of law. This needs to combine the characteristics of the times and the preferences of young people, strive to cultivate young people’s sense of participation in the rule of law, and transform the concept of the rule of law into a conscious action by young people.
