6月29日,十二届全国人大常委会第十五次会议上,环境保护部部长陈吉宁作《关于研究处理大气污染防治法执法检查报告及审议意见情况的反馈报告》(以下简称报告),这是对2014年全国人大常委会开展大气污染防治法执法检查落实情况跟踪调研的反馈报告。这份报告,让我们感受到,治理大气污染是一场不见硝烟弥漫的战争。诚如张德江委员长所言“加强执法监管,打好大气污染防治攻坚战”。
