植物表面蜡质的气质联用检测技术对于了解植物的生长发育以及与环境的相互作用至关重要。针对目前气质联用检测方法存在的问题,对其检测条件进行了优化,使用分流不分流进样口,选取直通分流含玻璃棉衬管,脉冲加压(270 kPa)不分流进样,确定了合适的进样口温度300℃,以及炉温箱初始温度50℃,降低了高沸点化合物进样歧视。优化后该方法的最低检测限在0.08~0.5μg/mL,日内和日间平行样品检测相对标准偏差低于15%。
