工会组织要高度重视职工心理健康这一新的课题,广泛开展职工心理咨询与疏导工作,把心理健康教育纳入培训课程,普及心理健康知识,帮助职工增强自我调适能力和应对工作和经济压力的能力。面对不断变化的新形势和职工群众的新期待,工会工作如何创新发展,真正把职工群众的思想、智慧和力量凝聚起来,努力建设学习型、服务型、创新型工会,关键是要把握好工会工作的前瞻性、创造性、主动性和实效性。
Trade unions should attach great importance to the new issue of employees’ mental health.
