观察安体舒通对慢性低氧高二氧化碳大鼠右心室肌间质胶原的影响 ,探讨醛固酮在心肌间质增生中的意义。方法 :用放免法测定血浆醛固酮 ,改良 Bergman法测定右心室肌组织羟脯氨酸以表示胶原的浓度。结果 :慢性低氧四周和八周大鼠的血浆醛固酮水平、心肌组织胶原含量与右心室重量明显升高 ;安体舒通能减轻低氧大鼠的右心室重量与心肌胶原含量增加的程度。结论 :醛固酮参与了慢性低氧高二氧化碳大鼠心肌间质的增生 ,安体舒通在大鼠心肌间质胶原增生中起较好的抑制作用。
To observe the effect of spironolactone on interstitial collagen in chronic hypoxic hypercapnic rats and explore the significance of aldosterone in myocardial interstitial hyperplasia. Methods: Plasma aldosterone was determined by radioimmunoassay and hydroxyproline of right ventricular muscle was measured by modified Bergman method to express collagen concentration. Results: The levels of plasma aldosterone, myocardial collagen content and right ventricle weight were significantly increased in chronic hypoxia rats for 4 weeks and 8 weeks. And spironolactone could reduce the right ventricular weight and the content of myocardial collagen in hypoxia rats. CONCLUSION: Aldosterone participates in the proliferation of myocardial interstitium in rats with chronic hypoxia and hypercapnia, and spironolactone plays a good inhibitory role in myocardial interstitial collagen hyperplasia in rats.
