我国加入世界贸易组织,是党中央、国务院面向新世纪作出的一项重大抉择,对我国扩大开放、深化改革和推进社会主义现代化建设事业有着广泛而深远的影响。江泽民同志指示:“要向大型企业,要向各行各业解释清楚什么是世界贸易组织,入世到底有什么利弊,以便在全国上下对这样一个重大外交政治问题统一认识。”为了适应广大读者学习和掌握有关世界贸易组织基本知识,更好地理解和执行国家有关法规和政策的需要,本刊从今年1月号开始,从近期出版的中国加入世界贸易组织的书籍中摘选有关世界贸易组织基本知识,略加编排,陆续刊登,供读者参考。
China’s accession to the World Trade Organization is a major decision made by the Central Party Committee and the State Council in the new century and has a broad and far-reaching impact on opening up our country, deepening reform and pushing forward the socialist modernization drive. Comrade Jiang Zemin pointed out: “To large enterprises, it is necessary to explain to all walks of life what is the WTO and what are the advantages and disadvantages of joining the WTO in order to unify their understanding of such a major diplomatic and political issue across the country.” In order to adapt to the needs of readers and To grasp the basic knowledge of the World Trade Organization and to better understand and implement the requirements of relevant state laws and regulations, this magazine starts with the January January issue of this year and extracts from the recently published books on China’s accession to the World Trade Organization Knowledge, a little choreography, published in succession, for readers reference.
