我国社会主义商业银行作为自担经营风险的金融企业,在激烈竞争的市场经济条件下,其生存和发展,在很大程度上取决于银行内部用人及人事风险的控制和防范水平。所谓银行人事风险,是指因人事工作失误、工作人员的不确定性而使银行出现损失的风险。环顾当前银行的严峻形势和存在的问题,应该清醒地认识到,人事风险已经成为当前银行经营管理中的主要风险之一。因此,银行在寻求规避各种风险对策的同时,必须加强对银行经营管理中人事风险问题的研究。
As a financial enterprise with its own business risk, the socialist commercial bank of our country under the conditions of a fiercely competitive market economy, its survival and development depend to a large extent on the level of control and prevention of internal personnel and personnel risks within the bank. The so-called bank personnel risk refers to the risk of bank losses due to personnel work errors and staff uncertainty. Looking around the grim situation and existing problems of the current bank, we should clearly understand that personnel risk has become one of the major risks in current bank operation and management. Therefore, while seeking to avoid all kinds of risk countermeasures, banks must strengthen the study of the personnel risk issues in the banking management.
