本文主要介绍用于内燃机曲轴箱体、缸盖及曲柄连杆机构实时、实况测试的微型化存储测试系统、微型化近场遥测系统及集中分散式测试系统。通过安装在内燃机内外的这些微型化测试装置,能够在不影响内燃机正常工作的前提下,可测得活塞连杆机构、曲轴及箱体实况下的应力场、温度场的动态变化;配合相应的模态分析技术和数据处理技术,可以为内燃机的设计、研制提供极为重要的依据。该项测试技术对于大功率、紧凑型柴油机的动强度设计及可靠性分析有着特别重要的意义。
This article mainly introduces the miniaturized storage test system, the miniaturized near field telemetry system and the centralized decentralized test system for the real-time and live test of the internal combustion engine crankcase, cylinder head and crank-rod linkage. Through the miniaturization test devices installed inside and outside of the internal combustion engine, the dynamic changes of the stress field and the temperature field of the piston rod mechanism, the crankshaft and the box can be measured under the premise of not affecting the normal operation of the internal combustion engine; Modal analysis technology and data processing technology, can provide extremely important basis for the design and development of internal combustion engine. This test technique is of particular importance for dynamic strength design and reliability analysis of high-power, compact diesel engines.
