森林的生态采伐与运输,其理论基础和主要依据为生态学。所谓的森林生态采运,是指充分地考虑到森林所具有的生态学特性,对伐区进行设计和区划,开展现场作业和劳动的组织与管理工作等一系列经营活动。其着眼点是把对森林的采伐利用与实行自然生态保护相结合,以达到让森林提供的物质资源和生态资源可持续利用为目的。基于此,通过对生态采伐运输理论进行分析,进一步回顾森林生态采运发展的历程及当前的进展情况,并通过对当前森林采运的理论与现实问题进行分析,提出实施生态采运相应的意见和建议。
