农村乡镇砖瓦厂由于自身环境条件的制约,往往带有很大程度的盲目性、赶潮性和管理的粗放性与操作的蛮干性,不可避免地影响生产.尤其在设备管理方面,直接影响着经济效益的产生.设备正常运转率的高低,首先影响单位产量和质量好坏.一台庇漏百出,散散垮垮的设备,是不可能生产出符合要求的半成品和成品.根据笔者的经历和调查,目前农村多数乡镇(个体)砖瓦厂,在设备管理上存在的问题大致有以下几方面.1 土法上马,简化流程.乡村一旦打算建厂,就近看几家同行,照样画葫芦,又限于资金短紧,简单从事,想当然随意取舍工艺环节,也不看地形地势,丢头弃尾,导致环节不连贯,设备场地狭窄等,给设备安装和以后生产操作留
