本文研究了4,5—二溴苯基荧光酮(DBPF)-溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)分光光度法测定锡的灵敏、选择性高的方法。在硝酸-柠檬酸介质中,该体系形成红色络合物,在555nm处摩尔吸光系数为1.5×10~5L·mol~(-1).cm~(-1),络合物的组成为Sn(Ⅳ):DBPF:CTMAB=1:3:1,在0—40μg Sn/50ml范围内符合比耳定律。此方法已用于快速直接测定钢铁,合金和矿物中的锡,获得满意结果。
In this paper, the sensitive and selective method for the determination of tin with 4,5-dibromophenylfluorone (DBPF) and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) spectrophotometry was studied. In nitric acid - citric acid medium, the system formed a red complex with a molar absorptivity of 1.5 × 10 ~ 5L · mol -1 (cm -1) at 555 nm. The complex has a composition of Sn (Ⅳ): DBPF: CTMAB = 1: 3: 1, Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-40μg Sn / 50ml. This method has been used to quickly and directly determine tin in steels, alloys and minerals to obtain satisfactory results.
