目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在新生儿败血症早期诊断中的临床价值。方法选择2010年1月~2011年1月期间某院新生儿科收治的新生儿败血症患儿35例作为研究组,另选同期住院的非感染性疾病患儿29例作为对照组,比较分析两组新生儿血清PCT和hs-CRP检测结果,以及两个指标诊断新生儿败血症的敏感性和特异性。结果与对照组相比,研究组败血症新生儿PCT和hs-CRP的含量均明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 PCT和hs-CRP对新生儿败血症的早期诊断具有较高的敏感性和特异性,可为临床治疗提供重要的参考依据。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of procalcitonin (PCT) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in the early diagnosis of neonatal sepsis. Methods From January 2010 to January 2011, 35 neonates with neonatal sepsis admitted to a hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 were enrolled in this study. Twenty-nine children with non-infectious diseases were enrolled in this study. Neonatal serum PCT and hs-CRP test results, as well as two indicators of neonatal sepsis diagnosis of sensitivity and specificity. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of PCT and hs-CRP in neonates with septicemia in the study group were significantly increased, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion PCT and hs-CRP have high sensitivity and specificity for the early diagnosis of neonatal sepsis, which may provide an important reference for clinical treatment.
