自1988年1月至1990年3月期间,我院对71例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者,经下肢静脉造影确诊后,全部进行了血液流变学——全血粘度、红细胞粘弹性和触变性测定。测定结果显示.患者的全血粘度增加,红细胞弹性减低及触变性-滞环各个点的数值均增高,与正常对照组相比(±SD)差异有非常显著性(P<0.01),但滞环的面积-能量的消耗,两组相比(±SD)差异无显著性(P>0.05),提示全血粘度、红细胞粘弹性和触变性的改变是参与了血栓形成的因素之一。
