目的深入了解西部地区初中生考试焦虑状况,探索合理的缓解考试焦虑的教学管理方案。方法本文采用考试焦虑量表(TAS),对宁夏地区3所中学的297名初中生进行调查。结果考试焦虑检出率为74.4%,检出率的性别和年级差异有统计学意义。女生的考试焦虑水平显著高于男生,初二和初三学生的考试焦虑显著高于初一。结论西部地区考试焦虑情况普遍存在,建议中学加强学生考试焦虑的干预工作。
Objective To understand the test anxiety status of junior high school students in the western region and explore a reasonable teaching management plan to ease the test anxiety. Methods The test anxiety scale (TAS) was used to investigate 297 middle school students in three middle schools in Ningxia. Results Test anxiety detection rate was 74.4%, the detection rate of gender and grade differences were statistically significant. The examination anxiety level of girls was significantly higher than that of boys, and the test anxiety of students of grade two and three was significantly higher than that of the first day. Conclusion Western test anxiety prevails, it is recommended that secondary schools to strengthen student anxiety intervention examination.
