本文从未成年犯罪人和未成年被害人的角度分析了我国刑法对未成年人的立法保护,司法保护,行刑保护,进而提出了完善未成年人刑法保护的建议。
This article analyzes the legislative protection, judicial protection and execution punishment protection of minors in our country from the perspective of juvenile criminals and minor victims, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the protection of juvenile criminal law.
