Ferrocyanides, especially zinc ferrocyanide, have a high selectivity for Cs but are difficult to interpret. Using this feature, people have explored the absorption of ~ (137) Cs ferrocyanide sediment slurry into glass, and obtained a solid anti-137 (137) Cs leaching good performance. Reported in the literature Zn 2 [Fe (CN) _6] poor mechanical properties, or amorphous powder, or self-dispersed in water as fine particles. To improve its mechanical properties to suit column operations, or to deposit zinc ferrocyanide on inert materials such as silica gel, or with insoluble organic polymers bind them together. After a more extensive discussion of the preparation conditions, we have obtained Zn_2 [Fe (CN) _6] · xH_2O suitable for column operation,
