随着我国国民经济稳定持续发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,我国食用油的消费量不断上升,并将继续保持刚性增长的趋势。鉴于稻米油营养价值很高,长期食用有利于降低血液中胆固醇含量、降低血压调节植物神经、预防心脑血管疾病等功能,2010年世界卫生组织第113次会议推出稻米油、玉米油和芝麻油为最佳食用油。为进一步推动我国稻米油产业的健康发展,我觉得还应在以下几个方面多做一些工作。第一是建议国家要在资金上给予支持,帮助有一定规模的稻米加工企业,配备米糠保鲜技术装备,对稻米油生产企业要根据其实际产量给予一定的奖励。
