近年来,信息化技术开始广泛在档案工作中应用,有效的提高了档案管理的现代化水平。当前学校档案管理工作,计算机技术和网络技术应用更为广泛,这对学校传统的档案管理模式带来了较大的冲击。在这种情况下,学校档案管理人员需要努力提高档案管理水平,加快推进档案管理现代化的进程,从而使学校档案更好的服务于广大教职工及学生。
In recent years, information technology began to be widely used in archives work, effectively improving the modernization of archives management. The current school file management, computer technology and network technology is more widely used, which brings a greater impact on the school’s traditional file management mode. Under such circumstances, school archives managers need to work hard to improve the file management level and speed up the modernization of archives management, so that the school archives can better serve the faculty and students.
