本文介绍定量研究瞳孔药物的新方法,兔离体虹膜累积剂量一效应曲线法,兔眼球摘出后切开巩膜,除去玻璃体,晶体及其包膜,小心剥离完整虹膜,按离体平滑肌装置进行实验,用匹罗卡品、包公藤甲素(一种新型M-受体激动剂)、氨甲酰胆碱及阿托品对本法所制作的离体虹膜反应进行考验,通过sharpPC—1500计算机处理制作累积剂量一效应曲线,可满意地求得有关各药的介离常数(KD)最大效应(Emax)、和拮抗参数(pA_2)、本法可用于抗青光眼药物强度和效能定量比较以及植物神经递质受体动力学研究。
