树突状细胞( DC)是机体功能最强的专职抗原呈递细胞,不同的注射途径可引发机体的不同部位产生不同程度的免疫应答,决定了T细胞在淋巴组织中的分布,从而产生不同的抗肿瘤效应。该文通过查阅DC疫苗皮下注射、静脉注射及瘤内注射等途径治疗肿瘤的相关文献,阐述注射后机体产生不同程度的免疫应答、对肿瘤发展的影响及DC疫苗在机体不同部位皮内注射产生免疫功能和疼痛程度的影响。“,”Dendritic cell ( DC) is antigen-presenting cell with the strongest body functions. Different in-jections can trigger different levels of immune response on different parts of the body,which decides the dis-tribution of T cell in lymphoid tissue and gives rise to different antineoplastic effects. By consulting relevant documents on subcutaneous injection,intravenous injection, intratumor injection,et al. DC vaccine for the purpose of cancel treatment,this thesis elaborates on different levels of immune response of the body after in-jection,impact on cancer development by the injection and impact on immunity generation and pain degree by DC vaccine intradermal injection on different parts of the body.
