采用实验室和现场相结合的方法,对流行性出血热病毒经伤口传播的有关问题进行了研究。结果表明,感染鼠的EHFV通过尿、粪排出体外后在外界环境中(4~15℃)可存活24h;5ID50/ml的EHFV悬液可通过不显性破损的表皮使正常鼠感染;家鼠型及野鼠型疫区调查结果均表明:在鼠间EHFV经皮肤破损传播为重要途径,鼠间密切接触和鼠体寄生昆虫叮咬亦可引起感染。
The laboratory and field methods were used to study the related problems of wound spread of epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus. The results showed that EHFV in infected mice survived 24h in the external environment (4 ~ 15 ℃) after excreted by urine and feces; normal mice could be infected by 5ID50 / ml EHFV suspension by non-dominantly damaged epidermis; The investigation results of both type and field mice showed that the transmission of EHFV through the skin was an important way of transmission. The close contact between mice and parasitic insect bites also caused infection.
