目的观察糖尿病足患者在综合护理干预下足部溃疡愈合的情况,分析其临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月—2017年1月收治的43例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=22)和观察组(n=21)。对照组给予常规内科护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予综合护理干预。观察两组患者溃疡愈合速度、时间及疗效。计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用χ~2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组第1、2、3、4阶段愈合速度分别为(10.84±3.26)%、(51.24±13.97)%、(84.21±9.16)%、(90.21±9.64)%,与对照组的(7.16±3.04)%、(20.48±10.64)%、(40.35±9.38)%、(66.51±11.39)%相比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组愈合时间为(24.37±4.46)d,明显短于对照组的(35.49±5.28)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为95.2%,高于对照组的77.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能够缩短糖尿病足患者足部溃疡时间,加快愈合速度,临床有效率得到明显提高。
Objective To observe the healing of foot ulcer in patients with diabetic foot under comprehensive nursing intervention and analyze its clinical efficacy. Methods Forty-three patients with diabetic foot admitted from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control group (n = 22) and observation group (n = 21). The control group was given routine medical care, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Observe the ulcer healing speed, time and effect in two groups. Measurement data using t test, count data using χ ~ 2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The healing rates of the first, second, third and fourth phases of the observation group were (10.84 ± 3.26)%, (51.24 ± 13.97)%, (84.21 ± 9.16)% and (90.21 ± 9.64)%, ± 3.04%, (20.48 ± 10.64)%, (40.35 ± 9.38)% and (66.51 ± 11.39)%, respectively (all P <0.05). The healing time in observation group was (24.37 ± 4.46) d, which was significantly shorter than that in control group (35.49 ± 5.28) d, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.2%, which was higher than that in the control group (77.3%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can shorten the time of foot ulcer in patients with diabetic foot and accelerate the healing rate, and the clinical effective rate is obviously improved.
