目的:比较不同株型川麦冬农艺性状、HPLC图谱、大类成分含量、氨基酸含量间的差异,为川麦冬资源评价及质量控制研究提供理论依据。方法:采用常规方法测定麦冬农艺性状;以高效液色谱法,用槲皮素作为内标参照物测定其甲醇提取部位HPLC图谱;以紫外分光光度法测定其总皂苷、总黄酮、可溶性糖含量;以氨基酸自动分析仪测定其氨基酸含量。结果:不同株型川麦冬多数农艺性状间均存在极显著差异,块根数、地上部分鲜重与其单株产量的相关性最大;不同株型川麦冬HPLC图谱69个共有峰及23个非共有峰相对峰面积间的差异均不显著;各大类成分含量间的差异均未达到显著水平。结论:不同株型川麦冬主要化学成分的含量无明显差异,块根数多、地上部分重的川麦冬,其单株产量较高。生产上宜选择块根数多、地上部分重的匍匐型麦冬作为栽培植株。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the differences in agronomic traits, HPLC profiles, contents of major components, and amino acid contents of Ophiopogon japonicus from different plant types, and provide theoretical basis for the evaluation of resources and quality control of Ophiopogon japonicus. METHODS: The agronomic traits of Ophiopogon japonicus were determined by conventional methods. The HPLC chromatograms of methanol extract were determined by high performance liquid chromatography with quercetin as an internal standard. The contents of total saponins, total flavonoids and soluble sugars were determined by UV spectrophotometry. The amino acid content was determined with an automatic amino acid analyzer. Results: The agronomic traits of Ophiopogon japonicus differ significantly among different plant types. The correlation between the number of roots and aboveground fresh weight and their individual plant yield was the greatest; the HPLC pattern of different plant types of Ophiopogon japonicus 69 common peaks and 23 non- The differences between the relative peak areas of the common peaks were not significant; the differences between the contents of the major components did not reach a significant level. Conclusion: There are no significant differences in the main chemical components of Ophiopogon japonicus from different plant types. The O. chuanxiongensis with more roots and heavy parts above ground has higher yield per plant. In the production, it is better to choose the Ophiopogon japonicus with more roots and heavy weight on the ground as cultivation plants.
