随着超声技术,尤其是三维超声技术的快速发展,经会阴超声已逐渐成为诊断女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的首选工具,并在很大程度上取代了直肠排粪造影和MRI。本文针对女性后盆腔功能障碍性疾病时后盆腔的解剖、形态学改变及二维、三维超声的诊断价值及应用进展进行综述。
With the rapid development of ultrasound technology, especially three-dimensional ultrasound technology, perineal ultrasound has gradually become the preferred tool to diagnose pelvic floor dysfunction in women and largely replace the rectal defecography and MRI. This article reviews the pelvic anatomy and morphological changes after pelvic dysfunction and the diagnostic value and application progress of two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound.
