取代苯基N-甲氨基甲酸酯类药物的抗胆碱酯酶能力与影响蜚蠊第Ⅵ腹神经节突触传递效力间存在平行关系。这表明乙酰胆碱在昆虫突触传递中具有生理意义。药物的结构不同对突触传递作用的程度亦不同。在苯环上引入取代基均使对突触传递的影响加强:引入甲基,以间位化合物效力最强;引入二甲基,以3,5-二甲基化合物效力最强。
There is a parallel relationship between the anticholinesterase activity of substituted phenyl N-methylcarbamate drugs and the effect on the synaptic transmission of the eleventh abdominal ganglion of cockroach. This suggests that acetylcholine has physiological significance in insect synaptic transmission. Different degrees of the structure of the drug on the role of synaptic transmission is also different. The introduction of substituents on the phenyl ring all have an increased impact on synaptic transmission: the introduction of methyl groups to the most effective meta compounds; the introduction of dimethyl, 3,5-dimethyl compounds most effective.
