目的:观察益肾健脾汤联合西药治疗慢性尿酸性肾病(CUNA)的疗效及对其肾功能、氧化应激产生的影响。方法:纳入2015年3月~2016年11月我院收治的82例CUNA病例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为2组,各41例,对照组单纯予以西药治疗,观察组予以益肾健脾汤联合西药治疗,比较2组治疗前后肾功能、氧化应激指标及疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90.24%,明显高于对照组73.17%(P<0.05);观察组肾病指数(136.28±17.59)、Scr(91.03±7.57)μmol/L、UAER(104.84±13.22)μmol/L、BUA(291.61±25.37)mg/24小时明显低于对照组(166.33±21.37)、(97.84±9.52)μmol/L、(137.51±30.64)μmol/L、(316.62±32.58)mg/24小时(P<0.05);观察组AOPP(38.23±4.52)μmol/L、MDA(3.32±0.38)nmol/L、T-AOC(17.82±1.83)U/m L明显低于对照组(31.76±4.35)μmol/L、(5.48±0.52)nmol/L、(15.22±1.48)U/ml,且SOD(89.55±9.08)U/ml明显高于对照组(84.61±8.37)U/ml(P<0.05)。结论:对CUNA患者实施益肾健脾汤联合西药治疗方案,可显著改善氧化应激相关指标,提高肾脏功能,疗效确切,具有积极推广意义。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Yishen Jianpi Decoction combined with western medicine on chronic uric acid nephropathy (CUNA) and its effect on renal function and oxidative stress. Methods: From March 2015 to November 2016, 82 patients with CUNA admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study. According to the random number table, they were divided into two groups and 41 in each. The control group was treated with western medicine alone and the observation group was given Yishenjianpi Decoction combined with Western medicine treatment, compared two groups before and after treatment of renal function, oxidative stress indicators and efficacy. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.24%, significantly higher than that of the control group (73.17%, P <0.05). The nephropathy index of the observation group was (136.28 ± 17.59), the Scr was 91.03 ± 7.57 μmol / L, the UAER was 104.84 ± 13.22 ) was significantly lower than that of the control group (166.33 ± 21.37), (97.84 ± 9.52) μmol / L, (137.51 ± 30.64) μmol / L, and (316.62 ± 32.58) mg / / 24 hours (P <0.05). The AOPP of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (38.23 ± 4.52 μmol / L, MDA 3.32 ± 0.38 nmol / L and T-AOC 17.82 ± 1.83 U / ± 4.35 μmol / L, 5.48 ± 0.52 nmol / L and 15.22 ± 1.48 U / ml, respectively, and SOD (89.55 ± 9.08) U / ml was significantly higher than that of the control group (84.61 ± 8.37) U / ml <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of patients with CUNA combining Yishen Jianpi decoction combined with Western medicine can significantly improve the indexes related to oxidative stress, improve renal function and have definite curative effect, which is of positive promotion.
