党的十八届三中全会是在我国进入全面建成小康社会决定性阶段召开的一次十分重要的会议。《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》(以下简称《决定》)对全面深化改革进行了总部署、总动员,在我国现代化建设进程中具有里程碑式的意义。改革是活力之源。回望过去的35年,我国的改革步伐从未停歇。国民经济的快速增长、人民生活的显著改善、国际地位的不断提升,都与深化改革紧密相关。历史已经证明,不改革,就没有出路;不全面深化改革,就没有更有效率、更加公平、更可持续的发展。
The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee is a very important meeting held in the decisive phase of our country’s entering a well-off society in an all-round way. The decision of the CPC Central Committee and the CPC Central Committee on several major issues concerning the overall deepening of the reform (hereinafter referred to as the “Decision”) has made a great contribution to the overall deployment and the general mobilization of the reform and has a milestone in the process of China’s modernization drive. Reform is the source of vitality. Looking back at the past 35 years, the pace of our country’s reform has never stopped. The rapid growth of the national economy, the remarkable improvement of the people’s livelihood and the continuous improvement of the international status are all closely related to the deepening of the reform. History has proven that there is no way out without reform. Without deepening the reform in an all-round way, there will be no more efficient, fairer and more sustainable development.
