本刊讯9月18日,中国房地产TOP10研究组在京发布2010年中国房地产品牌价值研究成果,恒大地产集团以80.16亿元的品牌价值夺得中国房地产品牌价值第一名,其后分别是绿城集团、合生创展、绿地集团、华润置地、中信地产、富力地产、龙湖地产等大型房企。与此相应的是,在卓越品牌号召力的推动下,恒大在营业收入、销售面积等方面继续遥领业界,今年前八个月销售额逆市突破305亿元,销售面积全国第一,进一步夯实了领袖房企的地位。
