电机磁极冲片的冲裁工艺方案,国内外大体上分为两种:一是复式冲裁,另一是级进冲裁。按照现有的设备和技术条件选用不同的工艺方案,情况如下: 1.复式冲裁该类工艺方案,一般在较精密的冲压设备上,运用复式冲裁模,使冲孔、冲槽口、落料一次成形,其落料结构如图1所示。在现代冲模技术的发展中,向结构小型化、装夹方便、组合精密、使用寿命高的方向发展,为复式冲裁开辟了新途径。
