本文报告Φ420mm大口径离轴抛物面反射镜的加工与检测技术。给出了加工方案的确定原则,起始球面的选择,离轴抛物面非球面度的计算。讨论了在母抛物面加工过程中,以离轴镜面位置做为子孔径检验来控制母抛物面面形,从而最终保证离轴镜面形的子孔径立式检验方法。并对加工检验中各元件之间的相互位置精度要求作了分析与估算。报告了离轴镜从母体镜上套挖的工艺方法。给出了离轴镜的检测结果。
This paper reports the Φ420mm large diameter off-axis parabolic mirror processing and detection technology. The principle of determining the machining scheme, the choice of starting sphere and the calculation of the off-axis parabolic asphericity are given. In the process of mother paraboloid surface machining, the off-axis mirror position is taken as the sub-aperture test to control the paraboloid shape of the mother paraboloid, and finally the off-axis specular sub-aperture vertical inspection method is discussed. And processing and testing of the components of each other between the accuracy of the position made the analysis and estimates. A report of the off-axis mirror from the parent mirror sleeve digging process. The test results of the off-axis mirror are given.
